Alaska & Hawaii
It is generally less expensive to ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service. During checkout, if your order is less than $150.00 you will be charged the $10.00 flat rate fee and the actual shipping charges will be charged or credited to your account. Customer service will email you with the transaction information.
International Shipping
A flat rate of $25.00 is charged for International Shipping. Actual shipping charges are calculated when your order is packaged and based on a number of factors including: the desired service level (Standard/Express); the types and quantity of items you are purchasing; the total weight of the items and the destination country postal code. We generally ship international orders via the United States Postal Service.
We offer shipping using the U.S. Postal Service. Overseas customers can use this affordable delivery method. Shipping charges are calculated as a flat rate of $25.00 when you check out. If the actual shipping charge exceeds $25.00, the additional postal fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card. If the shipping charges are less than $25.00 your account will be credited for that amount. DrFuhrman.com cannot be held responsible or liable for any items lost/damage when shipped internationally via U.S. Postal Service. Any orders that include 6.5 oz glass vinegar bottles will be shipped by UPS because of breakage problems with the U.S. Postal Service.
Expedited Shipping
Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping (2nd day air, 3rd day air or overnight). The flat rate expedited shipping charges are estimates only. If the actual charge is less than you paid, a credit will be issued to your account. If the actual charge is more, the additional postage fee will appear as a separate charge on your credit card. We will email you with the amount of the credit or charge.
Wholesale Orders
The actual charge for shipping wholesale orders will be charged to the credit card used to process the wholesale order. Wholesale customers are emailed with actual shipping charges. |
Returns and Refunds
Supplements, food products, digital books, books and newsletters cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Member Center subscription are not refundable, but memberships can be cancelled at any time. Videos can be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the shipment, provided they are returned unused, with original packaging (cellophane) intact. If you have questions about your order, please email orders@drfuhrman.com or call (800) 474-9355 x221. Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or if an order was damaged during transit. Please, do not open any of the items. We will give you instructions on returning the items and will ship replacements to you. Foreign orders, credit cards, payments
We unfortunately cannot accept any credit cards from foreign banks or foreign credit institutions. We welcome orders from foreign countries, but we require that the funds be wired into our account prior to shipment. Payment can also be made by money order prior to shipment. Duty, customs or other charges will vary according to each country and will be the customer's full responsibility.
Credit Card Fraud
Please be informed that we record the IP address of transactions to help prosecute fraudulent card use and work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent credit card use.
